Airport to front door

The short version: fly to [Airport], then it's about 45 minutes by car. Below are the longer versions for anyone who likes a plan.

By air

[Airport name & code]. Direct flights from most major hubs. We'd aim to land by Friday afternoon if you can — the welcome dinner is at 7pm.

From the airport

~45 minutes by car. Taxis and ride-shares are easy at arrivals. There's also a hotel shuttle if you book direct.

By train

[Train station] is a 10-minute taxi from the hotel. The coastal line is gorgeous — worth it if you're already nearby.
